    Respected Guru Ji

Thanks for clarifying the deva badhaka concept.

I have a couple of comments though on the chart that you took that was referred by me. The native did not have vehicular accidents. The incident of the accident and that was from a slide in a kids playground where the native had suffered multiple fractures. The suffering though was terrible. The nadi astrologer had also predicted vehicular troubles in the near future though!

Secondly, the native has a problem with mood swings but not really a short temper as inferred. Infact the native is a very simple and nice person, she might be a bit fixed in her opinions though, (su debilitated afflicting the lagna lord?). The problems in the domestic happiness was basically typical MKS venus problems like separation from spouse due to travelling nature of Spouses job etc. There was a bit of a dis-illusionment too but because of external factors not the native’s own fault.

But after doing the remedies etc the couple started to get serious about trying for a child and eventually she concieved immediately too… so basically all fell into place nice and easy.

Regarding the authenticity of the nadi reader, with the mere thumb impression basically they told everything to her including names of all family members, spouse etc etc. Also that she was living abroad and also that she had left one job there and going to join another one, rented accomodation, husband’s health issues , they were more or less precise to the dot.

Birth Time rectification. The reason I rectified the birth time to the said lagna was the native got married in July 1998. The only way that could be justified was with this lagna. i tried with many dasa schemes but this is the only one that fits. Besides the problems in marriage like the one i explained cant be explained without this lagna

Just thought I might clarify the facts.

    Your Sincerely

    Tarun

    Dear Tarun, Namaskar.

    Yours sincerely, Visti.
  3. SK Says:

    Dear Visti,
    Namaskar,

Thank you for detailed lectures on Badhaka. In last lecuture on Badhaka shanti, you have mentioned that Badhakesha under curse is the wrath of devas and thus devabhadaka. However, in this class you have mentioned that devabhadaka is specifically the 12th house from Badhakesha having rasi dristhi of malefics.

Please clarify if the remedies suggested here are applicable to the devabhadaka mentioned in last class.

Or else, how should the Badhakesha under curse be remedied? Should we follow the remedies suggested for curse?

Thanks in advance for your guidance,

    Regards,
    SK

  4. Visti Larsen Says:
    हरे राम कृष्ण॥
    Dear SK, Namaskar.
The suffering is very intense when the badhakesh itself is afflicted, but it may not necessarily be a devabadhaka unless the twelfth is afflicted. Hence the reason i took the extra class on devabadhaka.

Now the question is which is the bigger evil? Curse or Badhaka? Parasara has put alot of importance to curses and only made a passing remark to Badhaka (at least in the versions we have) hence we must infer that the curse is the greater evil among the two. However, the chart itself may reveal otherwise where a more-or-less passive curse may be overwhelmed by a devaabadhaka from a very maleficly placed planet. So really this would finally depend on the chart, but under normal circumstances the curse is stronger.

Yes the remedies suggested are applicable.
    Yours sincerely, Visti.

  5. Venkatesh Says:

    Dear Visti,

What si called as passive curse and how it is overwhelmed by a devaabadhaka from a very maleficly placed planet.

    Thanks,
    S.Venkatesh

    हरे राम कृष्ण॥
    Dear Venkatesh, Namaskar.
There is no passive curse, question is “which is worse?”.
    Yours, Visti.
