I have a question on how to time the acquisition of a house based on the technique of progression

Dear Hari, Namaskar.
I haven’t tried this but why don’t you try progressing the Sun one sign per year in the D4 chart and see when it associates with the fourth house/lord?

Dear Visti,
Won’t Su be in same house in 13th year, rather than 12th year, counting 1st year as the same house as the one in which Su is already placed or am i missing something?
