I.e. once you get more involved in the social scheme of things (moon), you forget all about the companies growth (mercury). And one you get involved in the latter, the relationships/partnerships (venus) suffer in the office.
This is not a severe problem and instead can promote great raja yoga in your work due to the Moon-Venus yoga, but it can hurt relationships
