    Dear Gangas, Namaskar.
7:30 AM is pretty accurate but lets see the chart.

    1) English literature indicates the influence of either Jupiter or Mercury on the ninth house in the Siddhamsa (D24). With the current chart we have Aries lagna in the Siddhamsa and the ninth lord is Jupiter itself. But this is provided that this is her Bachelor/Diploma.

    2) The Karmamsa/Dasamsa (D10) will tell us about employment. Administration is ruled by either the Sun or Venus. The Sun administers resources, budget, etc as well as peoples employment. Venus specifically handles people and thus deals with management related activities… word wise they are both coupled with administration.
In the Karmamsa the lagna is Dhanus and the sixth lord will show the first job. Its joined Sun in exaltation in the fifth house promoting this specific line of work.
So this is also accurate so far.

    3) Near death incidents can be seen from the third from arudha lagna in the rasi itself. Here the Arudha lagna is in makara and the third therefrom is Pisces - the ocean. Here the nodes aspect by rasi dristi showing unnatural or sudden incidents which can bring the person close to death.
But lets not be lazy and stick to the Rasi alone. The Rudramsa (d11) is a divisional chart given by Maharishi Jaimini specifically for these purposes of predicting accidents and death. Here we are concerned with the 1st, 10th and 8th houses as they can hurt the longevity. In this chart only the tenth is occupied and that by Moon showing that drowning or water can be the cause of near-death… so far accurate. This should have occurred in a manduka dasa (special dasa for the rudramsa) related to the Moon. Does Karka dasa from 2000-2007 (listed below) make sense?

Mandooka dasa of D-11 (an ayur dasa showing wars and
    destruction):
    Maha Dasas:
    Vrisch: 1983-04-17 (7:30:00 am) - 1991-04-17 (8:47:14 am)

    Vrish: 2007-04-17 (11:11:31 am) - 2015-04-17 (12:30:07 pm)
    Meen: 2015-04-17 (12:30:07 pm) - 2024-04-16 (7:47:56 pm)
    Makar: 2024-04-16 (7:47:56 pm) - 2031-04-17 (2:53:10 pm)
