With regards to Vedamurthi, in D1 Ketu in Meena with Chandra and LL Budha denotes Jala as Moon is of the highest longitude. My birth details 28th February 1960, 14.42 hrs,Madras India. My birth time is unrectified and I am not sure of my D60. Guru is in Dhanus with Saturn in 7th. So what would the best mantra, I am eager for knowledge of Vedanga,management..knowledge in all forms. As the sign of Ketu is Guru's and Akaasha Tatva, Budha indicates Prithvi tatva, chandra indicates Jala tatva..I guess this confusion of now being able to decide is in itself a manifestation of Ketu with mana karaka, Chandra.
