Dear Nalini, Namaskar.
You don't need to rectify your D60 to know the vedamurti from there. Just see the sign where Ketu is placed in D60 and choose that vedamurti.
Yours, Visti

Hare Rama Krsna
Respected Vistiji,
Namaskar.
With regards to Vedamurthi, in D1 Ketu in Meena with Chandra and LL Budha denotes Jala as Moon is of the highest longitude. My birth details 28th February 1960, 14.42 hrs,Madras India. My birth time is unrectified and I am not sure of my D60. Guru is in Dhanus with Saturn in 7th. So what would the best mantra, I am eager for knowledge of Vedanga,management..knowledge in all forms. As the sign of Ketu is Guru's and Akaasha Tatva, Budha indicates Prithvi tatva, chandra indicates Jala tatva..I guess this confusion of now being able to decide is in itself a manifestation of Ketu with mana karaka, Chandra. Please guide me.
In most vargas Mercury is with Ketu.
Pranams

हरे राम कृष्ण॥
Dear Sharat, Namaskar.
The tatva reversal happens in a few cases and specifically for Vayu and Prthvi tattva. This happens in some cases related to varnas (profession/occupation) and in this case also with the vedamurti.
They are reversed due to the concept of 'need and availability'. I.e. people need to be sick before you can cure them.
This is what I have gathered so far.
Yours sincerely, Visti Larsen.

||Hare Ram Krishna||
Dear Visti,
Namaskar
I have been puzzled ever since Sanjay ji advised Hayagriva worship for Ketu in Virgo( this was in one of my emails to him in Sohamsa List. You also wanted to know why it wasnt Ajaikapada but we did not get any explanation.
I have now learned through one of his papers published online on JIVA website the following:
He attributes Sama veda, Ajaikapaida to Vayu tatwa( ruled by Saturn) and Yajur Veda, Hayagreeva to Prithwi tatva (ruled by Mercury).
In your explanation/teaching this is reverse( the tatwas gets reversed).
I am still learning but perhaps you can sort through this discrepancy.
Regards and best wishes,
Sharat

हरे राम कृष्ण॥
Dear Dheena, Namaskar.
A.1. A.2. and A.3. find the planet with highest degrees.

B) This i cannot say for sure, but i’m aware of the trivedis and chaturvedis. I once heard that this was due the amount of vedas that they mastered. But, i cannot comment on this. Good question, maybe you should ask them.

Yours sincerely, Visti Larsen.

OM NAMAH SHIVAAYA
Dear Guru Ji,
Namaskar.
A) Kindly permit me to know the veda murthy selection procedure if Ketu is with two plants. Eg: 1) Ketu in Cancer lagna along with Sun and Mercury (All the three planets do not own Cancer). 2) Ketu in Sagittarius along with Mars and Saturn (Ketu exaltation effect) and 3) Ketu in Gemini along with Venus and Moon (To know the debilitation effect of Ketu in selection procedure).

B) This request for clarification is from my wife. When i was explaining her about Guru Ji’s article regarding Veda murthy worship, immediately he asked that how in Bhramin community people are telling that they belong to specific veda group.
With respects
Yours Sincerely
S,Dheenadayalan

हरे राम कृष्ण॥

Dear Sharat, Namaskar.
All the mantras contain: 1) the name of the vedamurti and 2) the words si-dhi-ra-stu.
These four syllables are the embodiment of the veda itself where:
si: samaveda
dhi: yajurveda
ra: rgveda
stu: atharvaveda

The mantras are thus as follows:
all veda: gajamukha sidhirastu
rgveda: gomukha sidhirastu
yajurveda: hayamukha sidhirastu
samaveda: ajamukha sidhirastu
atharvaveda: hanumukha sidhirastu

Yours sincerely,
Visti Larsen

Dear Visti,

Thanks for the discussion on Vedmurti.
Can you please elaborate as to which mantras are to be used for worshipping different vedas or where to find them.
Thanks
